Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the day you have received your order and in its original condition.

 

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@backpackline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our  return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

1. The product is damaged due to improper use, improper handling or poor maintenance.

 

Returns Method:

To return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

1.You must first contact us providing us with the order number and the reason for the return/exchange with our contact form.

2.We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely. sure to indicate your order number clearly inside the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.

3.We recommend using a traceable service through carriers such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent by a non-traceable carrier.

 

Returns Processing Time:

1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

 

Refund Method:

1.After receiving and checking the returned package, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
